I'm Devon, an Owensboro, KY based photographer who focuses on storytelling and documentary-style photography.
Using a keen eye for authentic moments, my goal is to weave all the details of your session into a beautiful narrative that will be cherished for a lifetime. I'd love to create a visual story that reflects the unique magic of whatever it is we’re capturing!

Relaxed, documentary styled approach
From large events to family sessions, I make sure to deliver photos that capture authentic moments. Your experience matters the most to me, which is why I specialize in a relaxed, documentary-styled approach that saves clients from feeling uncomfortable or overwhelmed. No one likes being reminded of that stiff, forced feeling most of us got from getting school photos taken.
While I do offer plenty of posed shots for portraits, my goal is to make them feel natural so no one gets worn out feeling like they're sitting for an oil painting. It's a special occasion, and I want everybody to enjoy it!

I truly believe that variety is the spice of life! It's what fuels me. I love trying new things and working with different themes. My mindset is that the style should be inspired by the client, instead of trying to make your moments fit my art. When you book with me, you get a final look that’s customized to match your taste.
How it works:
We'll coordinate on inspo ideas before the session. This will help me get a good feel for your editing preferences ahead of time. Then, I'll come up with the final look based on your personal taste & the nature of the session. And if you’re uncertain on a direction, no worries. I'll send some options based on what I think you may like so we can be 100% sure it's a good fit.
