My name is Debra M. Hernandez-Caine. I am a full fledged “Valley Girl”, having been born and raised here in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Artistically, I find myself captivated with the beauty this valley offers. One wonderful benefit is the obvious distinction of the changing seasons and gorgeous mountains minutes away. What more can a gal ask for?

My involvement with photography began at the age of eight and was always something my parents actively supported me with. I really can’t remember a time when photography wasn’t a part of my life. My professional photography training began after high school when I worked for a well-established photography studio in Fresno, Ca. It was at this studio that I learned to work with professional equipment and was taught professional portrait techniques with weddings, seniors, families, and other events that really helped prepare me to move on to building my own business. Educationally, I have earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Art from Reedley College as well as a Bachelors Degree in Art from CSU Fresno. I feel that both my professional experience as well my education allows me to capture images with both traditional elegance mixed with an artistic flair.

When I am not photographing events or portraits, I am usually spending time with family or friends. I have a wonderful husband whom I have been married to for almost seven years now. We also have a son who is preschool age and who knows how to keep me on my toes….but his energy is what I love the most about him. We are also currently expecting our second child and who we pray to God for a safe arrival.

I give thanks everyday for the people in my life….family, friends, and for you clients whom I’ve met through this great profession I’ve chosen….many of you clients have become my dear friends from this process which is an added benefit to this fantastic job!

Thanks for allowing me to share with you and I look forward to meeting with you!

Much appreciation and many smiles!
